KLF246-R1.92 Non-traction large round baler gearbox
This gearbox is a large round baler transmission gearbox, tractor power input. Through the input of the gearbox, the output on both sides drives the machine to operate and transmit power. It has a split-type welded pipe and a half-shaft structure. Easy replacement and maintenance and the design are not limited by disadvantages such as length. The flange ends on both sides use imported maintenance-free bearings for longer service life. The non-traction type gearbox realizes the advantages of small size and lightness and achieves the same transmission efficiency. The design of KLF9.0-HL01 is derived from the original design intention of imported models such as American VERMEER and AGCO and is based on domestic and foreign usage conditions. We have carried out a comprehensive upgrade using cast iron bridge linking method and unibody design, which meets international standards.
