Planetengetriebe sind vielseitig einsetzbare Getriebearten. Die Innenverzahnung besteht aus niedriglegiertem Kohlenstoffstahl und wird anschließend einsatzgehärtet und geschliffen oder nitriert. Planetengetriebe zeichnen sich durch kompakte Bauweise, hohes Drehmoment, hohes Übersetzungsverhältnis, hohen Wirkungsgrad sowie sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb aus. Die Innenverzahnung kann in Stirn- und Schrägverzahnung unterteilt werden. Kunden können je nach Anwendungsfall das passende Präzisionsgetriebe auswählen.
Beschreibung:
(1) Die Abtriebswelle ist groß dimensioniert und mit einem großen Spannweitenabstand doppelt gelagert. Abtriebswelle und Planetenradträger bilden eine Einheit. Die Eingangswelle ist direkt auf dem Planetenradträger montiert, um eine hohe Betriebsgenauigkeit und maximale Torsionssteifigkeit des Getriebes zu gewährleisten.
(2) Gehäuse und Innenzahnkranz sind in integrierter Bauweise gefertigt und werden nach der Zahnbearbeitung gehärtet und angelassen, um ein hohes Drehmoment, hohe Präzision und hohe Verschleißfestigkeit zu erzielen. Zusätzlich ist die Oberfläche vernickelt und somit rostbeständiger, wodurch die Korrosionsbeständigkeit deutlich erhöht wird.
(3) Das Planetengetriebe verwendet Vollnadelrollen ohne Käfig, um die Kontaktfläche zu vergrößern, was die strukturelle Steifigkeit und die Lebensdauer erheblich verbessert.
(4) Das Zahnrad besteht aus importiertem japanischem Material. Nach der Metallbearbeitung erfolgt eine Vakuumeinsatzhärtung auf 58–62 HRC. Anschließend wird durch Wälzfräsen die optimale Zahnform und Zahnrichtung erzielt, um eine hohe Präzision und Schlagzähigkeit des Zahnrads zu gewährleisten.
(5). Integrierte Struktur von Eingangswelle und Sonnenrad, um die Betriebsgenauigkeit des Untersetzungsgetriebes zu verbessern.
